This would be Ketoacidosis (DKA), Oral Health Problems, Eye Complications, and Kidney Disease. Ketoacidosis, Oral Health, and Kidney Disease are very fatal. There was a lack of oxygen due to the coloration of the fingernails/toenails, which is an indicator of stroke. Blunt trauma to the head, wound indicative of a fall against a solid object, light bleeding suggesting lack of blood flow. Stroke is fatal and can lead to death/accidents.

If blood sugar levels aren't controlled, they can lead to serious effects. Ketoacidosis is that serious effect and very fatal. It is caused by burning fat for energy instead of glucose. Evidence of this is that in her autopsy report ketones were found in her urine. Ketones make the blood acidic and eventually lead to kidney failure, etc. It is likely that Anna died from this.

This file provides information about the blood analysis of Anna Garcia. The blood analyzed contained a low amount of hematocrit (20%). Also, there was an abnormal amount of white blood cells, which indicated that there was some type of foreign substance of virus/bacteria. Another detail included in the autopsy report is that her nails and fingers were discolored. This means that there was a lack of oxygen in the body at that time.

The file:

https://goo.gl/4rCauW

This file provides important information vital to Anna Garcia's case. It updates the current status of Anna's medical history by showing things like breathing problems, low oxygen levels in her body (in her blood, organs, etc.), and spleen sequestration. These complications of sickle cell anemia could have caused her death as they have dire consequences. (death, weakened immune system)

The file:

goo.gl/7atqFI

Complication of SCD (Spleen Sequestration/Bacterial Infection)

One theory I have is that Anna died from a bacterial infection, which was caused by spleen sequestration. (a complication of SCD when sickle cells damage the spleen and make it malfunction) "Abdomen is enlarged on left side of abdomen – possibly indicative of splenic sequestration." There also are signs that Anna had a bacterial infection, "Abnormal amount of White Blood Cells" This could indicate that there was an infection because white blood cells only appear when a disease is present.

Many tests confirmed and identified that the bacteria was Serratia Marcescens.

It is highly possible that Anna died from Sepsis, which is caused or activated by a bacterial infection. The bacterial infection of Serratia marcescens was from a contaminated catheter. Sepsis is the body's reaction to a bacterial infection, in which it inflames mulitple areas of the body including where important organs are. Some evidence that this could be possible is that in Anna's autopsy report, there was an abnormal amount of White Blood Cells in her body.

Also, mentioned again, Anna has high glucose levels (280 mg/dL), which can lead to atherosclerosis. Atherosclerosis can lead to an infarction, cardiac arrest, and possibly a stroke.

The file:
https://goo.gl/2zJdRp

It is possible that Anna Garcia died from a heart attack caused by the weakness of her heart from atherosclerosis. It also caused tachycardia (abnormally high heart rate), premature ventricular contractions, and a blockage in her left anterior descending coronary artery concentric left ventricular hypertrophy, mild mitral valve prolapse, and mild peripheral vascular disease in the left leg , which all further weakened the heart making it pump harder. Furthermore, high glucose levels were present creating more pressure in her blood vessels.

It also shows that she had a diet high in both calories and fats Anna only exercises irregularly.
