One theory I have is that Anna had a stroke, then hit her head on the table dealing the final blow leading to her death. There was a lack of oxygen due to the coloration of the fingernails/toenails, which is an indicator of stroke. Blunt trauma to the head, wound indicative of a fall against a solid object, light bleeding suggesting lack of blood flow. Stroke is fatal and can lead to death/accidents.
