The end of the year is bittersweet for me.  I have taught across 4 states, 7 districts, 8 schools (going on 9).  This team is truly the best.  I am going to miss working with you so much.  

It was a really hard decision to make the jump.  You are the reason I even hesitated about jumping towards a position that I have been trying to get back to since leaving Illinois 6 years ago.
