I spend&nbsp;</div><div>more time with my friends now, but I still spend the majority of&nbsp;</div><div>my time alone. I grew in maturity and understanding, yet my&nbsp;</div><div>anger issue remained a problem as time went.&nbsp;<br><br>VERVES: I was confident that I had made a progress in my personal development and that I would continue to do so in the future.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>BOUNDS: When the online class began, I lost focus on my studies; it now&nbsp;</div><div>feels as though I am studying solely to complete my PETAS. In&nbsp;</div><div>terms of academics, I felt I had lost my individuality. I always&nbsp;</div><div>procrastinate and don't always give it my all.<br><br>VERVES: My goal is to always do my best and not procrastinate on my PETAS by not performing things right away. I'll also be more active in my studies and achieve well in them.</div>]]></description>

We always communicate to&nbsp;</div><div>keep in touch and keep each other up to date on what's going on&nbsp;</div><div>in our lives. As a kind of bonding, we also play video games on a&nbsp;</div><div>daily basis.&nbsp;<br><br>VERVES: My goal is to stay in touch with them till the end and be available with them at all times.          <description><![CDATA[<div>BOUNDS: Every year, my family and I make a donation to the less fortunate.&nbsp;</div><div>We also give whenever we receive some good fortune. We&nbsp;</div><div>frequently contribute items to the "bahay pagibig" so that they&nbsp;</div><div>can use them in their time of need. Every now and then, we also&nbsp;</div><div>provide our helper ayuda.&nbsp;<br><br>VERVES: Continue our habit of donating items in "bahay pagibig" and giving to others. We still doing our tradition by, giving back to those who have been less fortunate wherever possible. :))</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>BOUNDS: When the pandemic began, I failed to complete my regular&nbsp;</div><div>workout as well as my scoliosis exercise. My body is also quickly&nbsp;</div><div>exhausted now, as opposed to before. I don't keep track of my&nbsp;</div><div>diet to see if I'm eating healthy or not. I've also lost my appetite&nbsp;</div><div>and don't eat nearly as much as I used to.<br><br>VERVES: My goal is to regain my appetite and eat more. Fruits and veggies would also help me eat healthier. Keep track of my nutritious diet and do my scoliosis workout.</div>]]></description>
