Barb's dilemmas were whether to listen to Sally and walk out of the store with the chain thus retaining their membership or whether to return the chain to the store thereby hurting the companies even though Barb didnt know it was going to hurt the companies.
2.I think Barb didnt do the right thing  because Sally was his friend and that's why he lost their  friendship.
3.I think Sally should have understood Barb for what he put back on the chain and she should have continued to be his friend.
4. Yes, I expected the sory to end that way bacause sally was angry  with Barb so she wouldnt go back to being her friend.
