My daughter shared things with me I'd never have shared with my own mom.  My sons have started thinking about careers that they want for themselves rather than what their father wants them to do. My family stayed healthy during COVID because I was a total pit-bull about safety. My colleagues have been such a rock and we can support each other.  I spent the most relaxing break in December I've ever had because we all totally disconnected and just enjoyed life.  I've picked up a new relaxing hobby and have learned so much. I've learned a lot as I've expanded into new subjects in teaching to better align with standards.
