Another issue the pythons have caused is that they tend to live near water and in marshes which cause a lot of animals to lose their homes which is evident as seen by a decline of various mammals who inhabit the everglades which is an area that the pythons have infested and disrupted the ecosystems within that area. This is important to do because if the authorities are quick they could be able to capture or kill any pythons in the area and they could destroy any unhatched eggs to help decrease the rate at which the python population continues to rise.
