2. what does she feel about herself ?she feels that she has done what she needed to provide her and her children with a better life than at sweet home and that she must maintain her current way of life no matter if it isn't perfect

4. How she feels about other character? Baby suggs- is the only one that could kind of understand her pain that she goes through regarding her children because she has lost all her children
Denver- she is charmed because she has not died or left her and she is the reason the white girl found her on the side of the road
Paul d- she likes him or at least his company in her home even though he reminds her of sweet home

5. How other characters feel about Sethe? Denver- feels that her mother is a strong woman who has been through things that would end others but the she feels that her mother has replaced her with Paul d because she has been spending more time with him ever since he got there and she acts like a different person around him also she feels that her mother has angered the dead babies spirit with Paul d's presents because she through a fit when he first entered the house
Paul d- thinks that Sethe is not as beautiful as he thought her to be when they were on the farm of sweet home and sums up his obsession of her being because she was the only girl on the farm. but he still decides to stay with her because he an see himself with her

Free- in this passage the word free can be seen to have a double meaning or a complex meaning because Sethe is free from sweet home but she is still bound by the traumatizing experiences she faced and the price she paid for her freedom.
