Music flows into different parts all the time. Even though there are some songs that feature the same theme throughout the entire song, the majority of common music has different features. Some songs may start out soft while it gets louder, while one song may start out really slow and then either gradually or instantly get faster. This has to do with the structure of the song. Usually different parts of the same song will have repeated motifs or lyrics to keep up the same theme of the song throughout the entire song. Linking music together in the same song can either compliment or contrast the other half of the song. For example, Bohemian Rhapsody by Queen starts out slow and sad, and after a few moments after the guitar solo, the tempo immediately picks up and the general tone of the songs picks up. Eventually after an intense rock segment, the song goes back to being slow and depressing again.
