WFH was considered an excuse and was only given under certain circumstances.
I think WFH has not only increased productivity but freedom to maintain work life balance and creativity as you can learn much more in home rather than wasting time in commuting.
Challenge

Going office or working from home should completly depend on one person rather than team or manager.
There can be certain challenges with one person who cannot go to office while other who enjoys going to office.

Hybrid model is good on one hand but also brings a lot of challenges as one has to look for accomodation and other facilities even if they are not going daily which will add cost as well as discomfort. Those who live in chennai will be having upperhand with this model but people from different state will have a lot of challenge.
