         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. While the House of Representatives has 435 members, with one representing each district, the Senate has only 100 members, two from each state,&nbsp;<br>2. Members of the House must run for reelection every two years, and Senators are able to serve for sic terms until they must be reelected.<br>3. To be a member of the House, you must be at least 25 years old, whereas in the Senate, you must be at least 4. The House tends to have more say towards the governmental budget, while the Senate generally controls more of the foreign affair issues.<br>5. The House does not allow filibusters, but the Senate does.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. Both the House and the Senate are required to adapt and establish rules and regulations and allow for expulsion and punishment for its members.<br>2. Both are technically working together in a form of checks and balances, because they both vote on different laws being passed, which is required by law.<br>3. Both groups propose laws and leave them on the floor for open debate.<br>4. Both the House and the Senate make use of committees, to establish the importance of bills.&nbsp;<br>5. Both are voted by the people directly.</div>]]></description>
