O que são os "stative verbs"? 
São verbos que não costumam ser conjugados em Continuous Tenses, ou seja, não costumam aparecer como verbos com final em -ing, pois geralmente se tratam de palavras que descrevem um "estado de ser", ao invés de representarem ações.
