Open a conversation to get to know each other more, find out what's common about you.<br>4. Keep an open mind about the other person's beliefs, practice, and products&nbsp; or service.<br>5. As much as possible, suspend judgments.<br>6. Create a space for small talks - to be comfortable with each other.<br>7. Be presentable - look and act professional. Remember you represent your business!<br>8. Be on time with your arranged meetings. If you really cannot be there, please inform the other person about your challenge.<br>9. Come prepared. Know the other person in advance if possible. There are materials and information available on the Net.<br>10. Show genuine interest in the person. Make him / her the most important person in the conversation.<br>11. Maintain eye contact when having a conversation.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. Don't be an open book easily. Avoid oversharing.<br>2. Don't use or be distracted with your phone while in the conversation.<br>3. Don't assume that you're instantly close to each - be professional and not "feeling close." Choice of words is key.<br>3. Don't over-dress or under-dress.<br>4. Don't dominate the conversation.<br>5. Don't be too neutral.<br>6. Don't be self-centered in the conversation.<br>7. Don't appear to be all-knowing. Other people are knowledgeable too.<br>8. Don't be argumentative.<br>9. Don't ask too personal questions unless you are really friends.<br>10.
