I have gained confidence in my abilities and developed a deep understanding of the core competencies required for effective teaching. My identity as an educator is shaped by a commitment to equity and inclusivity, and my beliefs about good practice in instruction are rooted in a student-centered, reflective, and relationship-driven approach. As I continue on this journey, I am dedicated to lifelong learning and continuous improvement, always striving to provide the best possible education for my students. Because of these courses I am a confident educator.          <description><![CDATA[<p>Solidarity, in our classroom, meant building a strong sense of community and togetherness. I encouraged students to support one another, celebrate each other’s successes, and work as a team. This creates a bond among us, making students feel like we were all part of a big, supportive family.</p><p>Liberation, on the other hand, is  about empowering each of my students to express themselves freely and confidently. I encouraged students to share their ideas, ask questions, and explore their interests without fear of judgment. This sense of freedom helped my students to develop their own voices and feel confident in their abilities.</p><p><br></p>]]></description>
