Gaby: There was a graphic on my poster that demonstrated the before and after results of water restictions in California from 10/25/16 to 1/24/17. It was clear that the drought levels decreased. This shows how water restrictions have very positive and effctive results.

Monique Garcia- In California, the mayor decided to enforce water restrictions in order to save 25% water usage. This was beginning to be enforced in 2013 and then by 2015 they met and continued to exceed their goal. 
Seoane Oaxaca- Considering the cut back on watering your lawn and plants there would be a lot of fuss about dying plants, so here is one solution. water.usgs.gov states "They might decide to re-landscape using landscaping (putting plants that don't demand much water), thus saving water in the future."
