I found a website called https://pamhook.com/solo-apps/hexagon-generator to create hexigonal thinking cards that I can laminate. I used chatgpt to help me quickly develop the terms. It was already familiar with the bystander unit that I have been working on with Chat. I will laminate these and have TA's cut them up. I wish the font size was bigger though.

I can use blookit or Gimkit to teach the younger kids math facts or sound fluency skills for the week. Games that are good for younger kids: Blooket (Racing, Fishing, Factory, Cafe) Gimkit (Color clash, tag, knockback)

I can preteach how to get images from the internet and how to write text on the image. I can then use this to have the students gather ideas for their end of the year writing prompt. (I usually do a large classroom thinking map that we all add ideas on communally)

This resource allows students to fill in a Kami Hexigonal thinking template. Perhaps the students collaboratively get the physical hexigons, then in groups they pick ones to fill in the Kami template and leave voice comments explaining why they linked the tiles together. I would use Super Emoji Power Paragraph for students to practice using Proper Nouns in their sentences. In 2nd grade, I would have them write out their sentences on paper. I would set the expectation of using a proper noun in each sentence. I would then use the Nacho Paragraph and have students highlight the proper nouns in each of the sentences.

I created a physical representation of a Hexagonal Thinking because I feel it captures the connections between Eduprotocols and UDL. For instance, all the activities such as Frayer Model, Thin/Thick Slides, Fast and Curious etc. apply to the Universal Design for Learning Guidelines (engagment, representation and action and expression).
