4.    i believe the man should have been arrested as he was not in fear, in the video of the incident the man calmy pulls his gun out as the victim seems to walk away.

2. The law allows people to have a reasonable response to be able to defend themselves. 
3. The state of Wisconsin limited the stand your ground law only to when someone is in your vehicle. I don't entirely like that idea because you could be attacked many different ways, while your walking home, even when you're in your own house and feel threatened. It's not fair to put people in those positions because the attacker could get away. 
4. I believe people should protect themselves in whatever way they can. It's your own property you're protecting against others.

 Michael Drejka tried to use the stand your ground law after shooting and killing  Markeis McGlockton when he pushed him down during an argument. 3. George Zimmerman's role as a Police Officer was broken unless there was proper evidence to show the injuries that were upon his person was inflicted by one of the two people that he was pursuing. Because without evidence of that, all he has to justify is that Trayvon Martin could've possibly had some sort of potential misdemeanor or felony, but even then. The fact that he actively pursued these two suspects rather than simply taken evidence of his whereabouts make the former seem very unlikely. 
3.1. Any given case of Stand Your Ground requires there to be a viable amount of evidence to be shown for proper force to be justified. 2. In 2011 Wisconsin adopted a Law commonly known as the Castle Doctrine, which is a form of stand your ground. The Castle Doctrine law says if a intruder illegally enters your home, courts will presume you acted reasonably in self-defense if you use force against that intruder.

Micheal Drejka shot and killed Markeis McGlockton and was not charged for m u r d e r as the authorities sate it follows the "stand your ground" law. Even though McGlockton was backing off.

In my opinion, this case was not justified as self defense as the push seemed to be merely just a warning push as Drejka was arguing with his partner in front of his children. He was also shot and killed in front of his children too. It was unnecessary and dramatic. if someone shoved me yeah i would be angry but i wouldn't cause that amount of damage on someone.

Due to "Stand Your Ground" being established, there have been many cases where people abuse it to get away with aggravated 🤬, one of these cases is of a Florida man by the the name of  Michael Drejka, who fatally shot  a man who shoved and knocked him to the ground.
