Whenever you go, you can go by the tram. Wherever you look, there are always trams around you. This was my main critical incident during our stay here. The way cars drive is quite messy, but they still manage to make it work and drive people safely. Moreover, I was also surprised by the way pedestrian crossings are divided into two parts by lines, which is not common in my country and I have never seen such thing before. I assumed that food in restaurants here in Prague would be similar to others western big cities but they turned out not that high. But in comparison food and drinks at shops were quite expensive. While the streets in Poland the streets often tend to contain quite a lot of trash and dirt, the streets here are clean as a whistle. Being in the Czech made me realise how nice clean streets can look like. Overall this makes the streets look much nicer. In Lithuania every dog have to walk with a leash, but in here they are more free. The food was quite expensive comparing it to the prices in our country. I also thought it was pretty nice that the trams drove always so if you needed to go somewhere you knew that you can catch a tram. I thing that I did not think I would see are the weed shops but what surprised me even more is that the was one in almost every corner so I asume that weed is pretty normal here in Prague. With it’s crowded streets and trams everywhere it may seem unfriendly, but it’s exactly the opposite. The students in GJP were so welcoming I felt like I belong here. My country has a lot of trees on the streets and here they were none. A lot of things made me a really good impression. The architecture of the city is amazing and the thing that I loved the most was that the people here keep their city very clean. They don’t throw any trash on the streets even small things like a cigarette filter. The streets are being cleaned very often with a vacuum cleaner which was fascinating because I’ve never seen something like that before.
