Connor goes AWOL after discovering he's to be unwound.

He joins up with Risa after saving Lev from the same fate and escaping into the woods.

The three acquire necessary survival items—food, clothes, a baby.

Connor takes a baby off a doorstep, almost blowing their cover.

After Lev betrays them, Risa and Connor flee to the antique shop where the owner has them write letters to their families before shipping them off to the Graveyard.

At the Graveyard, Connor works with the Admiral to discover who killed five teenagers.

He suspects Roland, but turns out to be wrong, and then has to team up with Roland to save the Admiral when there's a revolt.

Roland turns them all in to the cops and they end up at Happy Jack Harvest Camp.

Connor is set to be unwound after Roland, but Lev's Clappers blow the place up.

Lev saves Connor, who receives Roland's shark-tattooed arm to replace his own.

He accepts it, he has no choice, and returns to the Graveyard to start a revolution.
