In the Cover Letter document, I would change this part " I possess more than ten years of progressive experience in the Accounting field. " due to you use "posses" in the previous paragraph, you could use the collocation of experience, “I have over ten years of experience in accounting".
About the CV, I recommend you to reappraise the way you wrote the references, could be better just write "Available on request".
