The strategy consists in record the information that happens during class like incidents, problems that occurred during the class, teacher can write in the form of a notebook, book, or electronic mode for review or return to later and allows teacher to analyze what you felt and learned during the class.

I think that this strategy is really useful for a teacher can be aware about your problems, preoccupations and ideas that arise during the class and the teacher does not stop to reflect on these and it is practical then write for after analyze about it.

When I am making the lesson plan, I would write this question before starting my class and when the class is over, I be able to reflect on:

What did my students learn today?
What helped them learn?
What got in the way?
What should I improve in class?
How can I improve it?
      
When I resolve these doubts, I am in the capacity to improve my class and do one’s best in the next class.
