How to add live captioning to a PowerPoint

The free app Microsoft Translator downloaded onto a cell phone or iPhone/tablet pairs with PowerPoint. This is fantastic for d/Deaf & Hard of Hearing and ELL students. They can be watching a PowerPoint presentation supplemented with live captioning on their personal device. When the presentation is finished, the app gives an option of downloading the entire transcript afterwards. It's quite accurate and super helpful for reviewing the content discussed.
