People have tried before

with consequences and other variations. Has

it worked? In some cases yes, but not to it's

full effect has it stopped bullying. People will

keep at it no matter what. MY OPINION. If

but at least we can make a difference. I know

from personal experience how it feels to be

bullied, but the person that stands and sticks up for you

makes life worth living. Bullying may never be quelled, but at least it doesn't hurt to try and fight for the

guy that's always getting kicked down.
