Bud - Our powerschool isn't fully integrated

Thorn - I can't see history of incident reports on students who are not in my homeroom, but whose behavior may have escalated from minor to major for repeated behavior

Thorn: we can't get a printout of the write-up that makes it look official or like a real write-up

Minimal training. Used for behavioe tracking.

Rose: Makes documenting behavior straight forward- shows history and frequency of behavior in a way that is useful.

Thorn: I haven't found a way to save drafts of what I'm writing. I have to do it all at once-if I leave it idling too long it will time me out and I will lose what I was working on.

I have only done write ups for behavior. At some meetings I have been shown how it tracks academic progress. I am excited to see how that works.

I am a resource room teacher. I do not have access to even the students on my case management.

Bud - it is nice to be able to look and see what our kids have gotten for write-ups.

This is my first time using Panorama. I am not aware yet of all the ways it can be used to benefit the classroom.

Thorn - I wish once a kid has been written up as so many minors, it would trigger an admin to see it

I think the data panorama has is great! Although sometimes it can be hard to find or navigate for me because I need more practice with that. The one thing I would like to do a special education teacher is be able to change the goal. For example the school goal is set at 90%. I'd like to change it according to student needs but I am unsure if I can do that or if that's possible.

Roses: As an art teacher I do not have much experience with Panorama. It is not something I use often. When I do use it I found it relatively straight forward.

Buds: I certainly have lots to learn.

Thorns: I don't use it often.

When documenting a behavior, the antecedent, behavior, consequence pull-downs are annoying and judgmental. Sometimes, they just did it!

Attendance and behavioral incident tracking / categorizing will be helpful data for tracking goals and participation.

2. Behavior data of all students - to see if they have a past history of the behavior or if there are any trends in their behavior patterns.

It feels like this tool would be most helpful if we had established expectations about the frequency of grades being entered. I wonder about how that works.

I think it will help us, as a school, to use this data for Datawise.

Benefit to logging and monitoring is being able to see what has been done and worked or not for others or next grade levels.

Having intervention plans on panorama would keep us from sharing by email, which can be difficult to manage/track down when we need it.

The visual graphs are helpful to see students progress or lack of progress

One of the benefits is that what we are doing for intervention in the resource room, can be viewed by the classroom teacher, and the interventionist can see the classroom activity.
