The story itself doesn’t have that great of an ending or that pleasant of a story line, but the tension building up as the protagonist encounters the child-groveling witches and the things they do to children are very well unfolded. I loved just reading the book of fantasy and wondering what I would do if in that situation. The colorful and vivid illustrations by Quentin Blake were just as marvelous as the book itself. But as time passes and with the support of her family and friends, she grew stronger and more confident in her brace, not caring about what other people thought about her, and even made the soccer team she had been wanting to be on with her friends.

Nya is a made up character but Salva is an actual person who has been raising awareness for the water issues in Sudan and started a non-profit organization not too long ago. The story is about how these two characters live in a poor country with little water and no technology. She moved becuase  Her dad died a day before her 13th birthday and her tio luis said that Ramona
 ( her mom) had to marry him becuase he belived that he owned their land and Ramona did not want to so that why they migrated. Next they become independent workers in the US.  This book is very intesting, and there are alot of unexpected things that pop up in the story, This book is something that was very intresting to read.

The story is about an 11-year-old girl who moves into a new house with her parents. Coraline is stuck at home bored (as usual) until she finds a doorway to a parallel otherworld inside the new home she moved into. When she first found out about the doorway, she adored how the other parents in the otherworld paid attention to her, spoiled her, and did everything for her. But as time went by, her "other mother" was pressuring her to stay in the otherworld for her whole life. Coraline was concerned and confused and declined the offer. Her other mother was furious. That led to Coraline having to battle the evil other mother who lives in the otherworld to secure he familys safety.

After he escapes, he starts to remember that all of the kids including Thomas are cures to a zombie-like virus that killed around 95% of the world. The kids are rescued by soldiers and are taken into a large establishment with even more kids and is like a prison. It is an amazing book that represents life during that time, and it is a very fun read if you have time for it, as it is very long. Overall, it is a beautiful story that I would recommend to anyone.

And if this sounds interesting there are 2 other books in the series.
