No2. I do think technology will solve this issue. Like stories in movies or tv series, a person can do everything just by giving him or her a laptop and WiFi. Maybe the technology is not that common ,but I believe that someday it will.

It's changing too rapidly. I think a human problem needs a human answer. Self-regulation is important, for example reporting any cases of abuse you see. I think kids need to be taught the repercussions of posting negative comments from a young age so in later like they know its not acceptable to harass somebody online. Its about basic morals and behaviour.
