I wanted to start this padlet as a place to share the wonderful transitions that are taking place in our school. In just 24 short hours from our PD yesterday, sooo many of our amazing students have been positively impacted by wonderful, caring, and difference making staff. I was close to tears twice and actually cried once today. For those of you that know me, you know I cry easily, but still! Today was truely a FANTASTIC day and reminded me of why VGE is the best place to be. Thank you so much for your effort in helping our students that need YOU in their life right NOW! I appreciate each and every one of you!

Feeling less "out of control" and less "exhausted" as a result of feeling sympathetic and creating solutions for everyone in my class. I'm engaging in more empathetic practices with social situations. Knowing that I do have some challenges I've faced in my classroom but there is hope in making a positive from a negative. I used the statement "I noticed..." often today rather than my world famous "OMG, I love...." and it seemed to be more fulfilling to students in my classroom.
