I completed my schooling from St. Xavier's High school, Loyola hall, Ahmedabad. Currently I am pursuing Bachelor of Business Administration with specialization in Oil and Gas marketing. From the past few months I have been part of this wonderful course called "Leadership and Teamwork" headed by Ms. Aswani. I believe that anyone can be a leader - it’s not about having the word “leader” in your role description. But to be a good leader you need to have the right attitude, beliefs and behaviors.
So for me leadership is about inspiring others to fulfil their potential and achieve their goals.

When you lead a team that has a shared goal the power of each individual is multiplied by the power of the team so with good leadership the common goal will be achieved more quickly and with greater ease than if one individual was working alone.

For me personally, he's one of my favorite Presidents thus far. I like a President who does what he says and means what he says. I like a president that says what's on his mind, because I hate to try and guess what someone in his position really means (during a speech for example), a politically correct typical politician will never give you a straight answer, and I hate that! And although president Trump is a billionaire, to me he seems like the most down-to-earth president we've had in a very long time, to me he's like one of us.
The United States of America is like a huge corporation, so who is more qualified then a CEO to run it? Why we have traditionally elected Presidents who have never even ran an ice cream Shop is puzzling. Maybe that's the reason why nothing ever got done before Trump, because previous presidents didn't know how to get things done!
Despite what our media says about President Trump, I think they know he's way more competent then they'll ever give him credit for. Which could very well be why they are on a mission like they never have been on before to discredit and assassinate the character of Trump!
I feel that if President Trump wasn't such a threat to the Left then they would simply leave him alone and let him fall on his face and fail all on his own. To me there must be a reason, and a very good reason for the Left/media to go this far out of their way in order to discredit President Trump.
President Trump may be the cleanest president we've ever had. The man has never taking a sip of alcohol, never tried any drugs, not even marijuana, never smoked a cigarette or even ingested caffeine in his entire life, and if it wasn't for that one statement he made on that bus then they wouldn't have a single thing negative to say about him.
The media took that one sentence and turned it into making President Trump a racist, a womanizer, islamophobia, homophobe and every other kind of phobia you can think of — when with anyone else, it woulda been a 2, maybe 3 day news story and then forgotten about.
For the left/media to go this far out of their way for a president that they claim is a clown doesn't make sense to me. I believe that President Trump is the biggest threat that the Left has ever faced! I think they know that he could very well be setting a new standard for the Presidency of the United States. This doesn't sit well with the direction that the Left wants to take this Country in, and this is why they're trying so hard to take him out. Some things are destined to happen. No matter how hard you try you just can't stop certain things. But the way one react to those certain things is definitely under human control.
One can either choose to react or respond. By reacting the man would worsen the situation and gradually lose the entire control and be a shattered soul in the future.
But if one chooses to respond, he/she will fight back the destiny which will be marked as the beginning for the wonderful quote, Human is the maker of his/her destiny. So you may have control over few things and entirely no control over others but the way you handle everything can bring the change and make life worth living.
