         <description><![CDATA[<div>- Fill prescriptions, using instructions from physicians on the right amounts of medication to give to patients<br>- Check whether prescriptions will interact negatively with other drugs that a patient is taking or any medical conditions the patient may have <br>- Instruct patients on how/when to take a prescribed medicine and inform them about potential side effects from taking the medicine</div><div>- Give flu shots and other vaccinations<br>- Advise patients about health topics, such as diet, exercise, and managing stress, and what equipment or supplies would be best to treat a problem<br>- Complete insurance forms and work with insurance companies to make sure that patients get the medications they need<br>- Watch over the work of pharmacy technicians and pharmacists in training<br>- Keep records and do other administrative tasks</div><div><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>- Employment of pharmacists is expected to grow 6 percent from 2016 to 2026.<br>- Demand is expected to increase for pharmacists in a variety of healthcare settings.<br>- Older people use more prescription medicines than younger people. Higher rates of chronic diseases such as diabetes will also lead to more use of prescription medications. <br>- Employment of pharmacists at places like grocery stores, is expected to decline slightly as mail order and online pharmacy sales increase.<br><br></div>]]></description>
