A business can analysis can be defined as a process of decision support and planning tool that projects that likely financial results and other business consequences of an action or investment

Case builder write a formal purpose statement that answer these question clearly - normally they complete the purpose and the subject statement together are essentially the main of the case definition . Without them, we do not know about certain things  such as costs and benefits belong in the case. The case purpose are :

3) management and control
4) accountability

 The business case building responsibility today are directly to the professional in business unit. It means those who make the proposal and take the action on doing the project itself. The person may contribute is:

2) product manager
3) consultant
4)strategies
5) line manager
6) IT manager 

 4.WHEN???? 
1) To support your proposal with a strong cost benefit analysis.
2) The project management office wants financial justification for all project proposals.
3) To measure return on investment ROI for products.
4)To review committee requires total cost of ownership analysis for measure acquisitions. 

 5. WHERE???? 
The business case analysis occurs in the project that being handle by the company or the firm itself.
