Changing the wording to needs improvement instead of disagree.

I can try to infuse them with my joy by sending positive vibes, good morning, how are you doing, etc...

As far as committees, I feel people have become possessive over them and don't allow others to express their ideas! Therefore, belonging feels neutral.

WE NEED MORE SINGING. Like, that makes people happy. DITTO!
