It was relatively easy to identify since there are not that many stakeholders involved in the matters of public education.

Stakeholder that is easy to influence and high impact is school administration. they hold power that can change teachers routine, and they are relatively easy to talk to compared to government

Easy to influence / Low impact: Uni, schools – usually don’t care about everything what’s going on outside of education process.


Difficult to influence/ High impact: (Local) government – to ask for the interships, cooperation with other cities/countries to exchange experience, show to the young people that their government interested in their knowledges and future.


Difficult to influence/ Low impact: Target group, parents – interesting in their kids future, but don’t believe that volunteering, youth working are real job and youth can really achieve anything from it. Also it is difficult to explain to young people what they will get and why it is important to join us.
