         <description><![CDATA[<div>My tip is similar to Anna's, I'll take my dog for a walk around town! We live in such a wild place that anywhere we look is pretty calming and de-stressing. I might pop in some some nice music or stop at the park to play fetch, seeing your dog happy always puts you in a good mood. In addition, I allow myself to relax without feeling bad about it. After doing so much work, it's nice to just chill out and maybe read or watch a movie.<br><br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Mine is yoga; you can spend 5, 10, 15, 30 minutes an hour doing it, and it's the best way for me to clear my head. I like Yoga With Adriane https://www.youtube.com/user/yogawithadriene/videos on youtube. She has videos for all levels and any length. It a time I spend completely zoning or in prayer. It is also an excellent workout if you on the right video. I've been doing it for about a year, and after two weeks, if I missed a day, my body could feel it. Now it is a daily routine—yoga, Chia Tea, and reading that how I start my morning; best part of my day. </div>]]></description>

Doing this helps get my mind off whatever I am thinking about and helps me get some anger out.
