4. What are you passionate about? Why?

Something I'm passionate about is helping people. I think I'm a people pleaser. Ever since I was little I always wanted to be a teacher, elementary to be exact. I just love the aspect of helping kids and being able to be there to help them understand and not feel alone like I did when I was little.

1. What is your background? (*Your background includes the kind of family you come from, where you have lived, etc.)

I am part of the Smith family. My dad was born in New York and my mom was born in Indiana. They met in Indiana and that's where me and my brother were born. I lived in Indiana for 5 years before we moved to North Carolina when my dad got a job opportunity. We have moved a total of 4 times in the span of 13 years in february. About 5 years ago my parents started their own company after my dads job decided to cut positions during covid.

10. What is your biggest fear? Why?

My biggest fear is the ocean. I think because it's such an unknown thing that we don't know anything about because it is so large. I have a fear of water i can see though anyways and the ocean just give me the hibijibis.

Communication, Active Listening and Feedback. I think these go hand and hand. If you're not listening you can't give back good feedback ( good or bad) and you can communicate these feedbacks.

Well I've always been what some would call “ a teacher's pet” I always loved helping the teacher being the line leader, etc. And now with working your take on tons of leadership responsibilities.

I believe I'm a good lister, I have good problem solving skills. And i believe i give good intense feedback on discussions and conversations

A car. I'm named after a Lexus. My brother Dayton is named after Dayton Wheels.. We make a car ( My dad named us…)
