2. What products/how: Canvas does-if teachers are building in Canvas- we are simplifying for them.  Admin/Teachers could limit the 3rd party tools that are available through Canvas by offering only approved tools in the platform.

RD: Get to Legal or CTO
S AE: If main contact is not CTO/Legal, get there. 
AE: Works more with Tech team vs a CTO. Your contact might need more details. 
MC--Ask questions, get to the right person.
ADM: Assure them we do take it very seriously then move to RD/SrAE, AE, ETC for more details.
