District people who will fret: Testing &amp; Accountability, Teachers, SIS Coordinator/Admin, Principals<br>2.  Products that support this: Canvas learning mastery grade book, MasteryConnect<br>3.  How are teachers tracking or going to track the standards?  What data will drive the standards based grade?  How do you plan to generate the SB report card?  What other systems do you want to pass the data back to?<br>4.  How does this look in RD's role?  Depending on district's size and goals, and how they plan to collect SB data (specific assessments, benchmarks, formatives over time), that will impact how/when they would use Canvas vs. MC.<br>5. How does this look in specialist's role?  If they plan to have specific assessments drive the SB grades, that would be an opportunity to sell MC.</div>]]></description>

What products/how: Canvas does-if teachers are building in Canvas- we are simplifying for them.  Admin/Teachers could limit the 3rd party tools that are available through Canvas by offering only approved tools in the platform. <br><br>3. What prompted/driver for this privacy/security initiative?  Is the new data privacy through state or local policy?  Tell me more about the initiative?  <br><br>How does this look in your role: <br>RD: Get to Legal or CTO<br>S AE: If main contact is not CTO/Legal, get there. <br>AE: Works more with Tech team vs a CTO. Your contact might need more details. <br>MC--Ask questions, get to the right person.<br>ADM: Assure them we do take it very seriously then move to RD/SrAE, AE, ETC for more details. <br><br>Don't worry: There are for more breaches so we have to provide the security so they are confident in this. <br><br></div>]]></description>
