My colleague Anna D. introduced me to AI. I have 2e children and the amount of negative feedback they receive is really heartbreaking. I would like to help encourage teachers and others to focus on what is working and their strengths instead of constantly pointing out the areas with which they struggle. Work related - Anna did an amazing session in Miami in Fall 2024 for roughly 70 people and the response and engagement was incredible.

In the office setting- increased engagement and improved morale so much so that senior leadership noticed a perceptible difference after Anna's AI session. We have been able to use the video Anna created to persuade other leaders to conduct an AI session with their leaders and teams. Unfortunately, do to the significant changes we are experiencing the 90 person session with senior leaders had to be cancelled.

All these beautiful people. Showing up at a time where we could all throw our hands up and say, "I give up?. But No! No one is giving up here. People here are directing their intent to be drawn to the light and learning the tools to (as Michelle Obama famously said) "Do something". We are not alone. That gives me hope.

I was curious after experiencing some glimmers of AI through a local community design group. I was excited to take the Advanced Applications of AI course in the Positive Organizational Development program at Champlain College. Now I'm hooked 🙂
