My name is Sierra Dugan and I am from Rudyard High School. I am 17 and will be going through my last year of high school with all of you! Personally I have taken over 25+ credits already between Baker College and Central Michigan University. But this will be my first online Baker class. I have taken college classes online through Central but some teachers at my school are accredited to teach Baker Classes there. 

Other than academics I am Captain for my high school volleyball team as I have been playing varsity since I was a freshman! I plan to study Biomedical or Pre-Med at the college I choose to sign at for volleyball, I chose Biomedical/Pre-Med as I am not sure what career path I want as I am stuck between pediatrics, dermatology, or physical therapy. 

As for extracurricular, I am in numerous groups throughout my school including National Honor Society, Students Leading Students, Band,, Student Council, and Youth Advisory Council. I am really excited to work with all of you throughout the next 8 weeks and I can't wait to talk more!

My name is Laura. I am 24 years old living in Wyandotte with my boyfriend and our four animals. I have not attended school in about six years. I am extremely nervous and full of self doubt, but on the positive side I am excited to use my brain again and start learning new things.
This is my first semester at Baker and this is my first online class ever! When completing the fast track for English, I thought it was an enjoyable experience and really wanted to try an online class just to get the feel of it. I work full time for a large insurance company and am working for my degree in Business Administration.  

My spare time consists of taxi cab to cheerleading practices and watching my son race his derby car.  I also enjoy crafting and have been told that I can recreate anything my friends have asked me to do.
