         <description><![CDATA[<div>Accounting information system (AIS) is a structure where a business uses to collect, stored, manage, process, retrieve and report its financial data so that it can be used by accountant, auditors, managers and tax agencies. Accounting information system (AIS) generally consist of six primary components which is people, procedures and instruction, data, software, information technology and internal controls. Accounting information system is also generally a computer based method for tracking accounting activity in relation with information technology resources and this will make accountant’s job easier.&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>For accountant job the description of the task is basically to prepare and examine financial records. Accountants have to make sure that records are accurate and taxes are paid properly on time. They usually performed an overview of organization in order to make sure that financial operations of a business run efficiently. Specially trained accountants work in depth with AIS to ensure the highest level of accuracy in a company’s financial transaction and recordkeeping, as well as make financial data available easily especially to those who legally need access to it.<br><br></div><div>Accounting information system (AIS) that affecting accountant’s job scope are the AIS designed need to be ensure by accountants that the designed are actually implemented. As the accountant will be involved in the implementation process of the AIS therefore it may discover an implementation problem that non accountants may find difficult communicating back to the system. AIS are really gives an important relation with accountant’s job especially for auditing because without having a system that can record, stored and managed the entire transaction, the accountant might not be able to prepare and served systematically of financial statements to auditors.&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>Other than that, accountants may be called upon to assist a company in developing its AIS. Their knowledge of accounting and auditing methods and procedures is important in helping a company choose or design the best software and overall system. For nowadays, computer plays such an important role in modern accounting where the accountant will get benefit from a background in information system. Accountants is the one who will access the data in the company by using the AIS designed to perform their financial process and transaction including preparing and analyzing budgets, preparing tax returns and examining records for accuracy.</div>]]></description>
