Some levels tend to be difficult which is why I feel as though it can help us as language learners. Not all digital games can be successful in language learning, and sometimes books are the better option. I also discussed this game in the google doc form, and highlighted the fact that although it has subtitles in English, it only translates from (SCROLL DOWN) the language of the Sims! I also discussed this on the google doc form last week. I find that this game would be predominantly beneficial for those who are learning English as a second language. However, it is certainly useful for us native speakers too. It challenges our cognitive senses by getting us to think on the spot. (SCROLL DOWN) It includes levels of four pictures in which you must think of a word that corresponds to all four pictures. This, however, does not surprise me, considering how dependent we are on social media (as I have discussed in previous blogs). We no longer depend on non-traditional sources, instead, we are opting to using (SCROLL DOWN) games more often (Heitin, 2016). If this is not something you do, I highly recommend it!
