         <description><![CDATA[<p>McCann was in the store with her children. As she was leaving, the employees stopped them claiming that her children had been previously caught shop lifting, and could not re enter the store. The employees detained them until and security officer came and determined that they were not the children who were caught shop lifting.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>extra harm was done to Jonathan so he was awarded $10,000. While his sister and mother were only awarded $5,000 each. I agree with the outcome of this case because they were wrongfully detained since they were not the ones who were shop lifting. </p>]]></description>
