This classroom resource displays learning goals and overall visuals for students to reference. I would use this in my classroom by posting the learning goals/ objectives in the room for students and others to see. I also like how this bulletin board has visuals of shapes, and reading strategies. I would also put of these types of visuals in my own classroom for students to reference.

Sticker Challenge

This classroom resource is a sticker challenge. This allows students to keep track of how many i-Ready lessons and AR quizzes they have passed. This resource was noteworthy because students love the, and enjoy receiving new stickers or charts each week. I would use this classroom resource to motivate my students in passing i-Ready lessons and AR quizzes.

Class Cash

This classroom management strategy is labeled as "class cash". Students receive class cash for good behavior, participation etc. This strategy is note worthy because it motivates students to follow directions, participate and encourages students. I would use this strategy in my own classroom right from the beginning of the year to show students that they can be rewarded for good behavior and also can be used as a consequence of taking class cash away for not good behavior.

Class Store

This strategy goes alongside the class cash. Students have the ability to spend the cash they have earned at class store. This motivates students to participate and have good behavior to earn more money for something they want from class store.

Class Jobs

This classroom resource is used for class jobs. Students are able to see each week their new job in the classroom where their name on the clip is. Students enjoy being helpers in the classroom and keeps them engaged/motivated. I will use this resource in my own classroom to ensure each student has a class job and it is visible to students at all times.

Classroom Doorbell

This classroom management strategy is a doorbell. The teacher has a button to press to make the doorbell noise and students know that is their cue to go quiet and direct their attention to the teacher. This resource is noteworthy because it is a great way for students to stop and focus their attention when they have a cue. I will use this in my own classroom to gather my students attention.

Consequences/ School Motto

On the board lists consequences for students. As well as the school motto for students to follow. It is important to point out to students how many steps and consequences they will have. I will use something like this in my own classroom to make students aware of those steps and consequences for not good behavior.

Class Rules

This classroom management resource is posted at the front of the classroom for students to reference class rules and procedures. Students have hand signals to prevent calling out and unnecessary movement in the classroom. It is noteworthy because rules should be posted along with consequences for breaking them. I will utilize this in my own classroom by putting up classroom expectations for students to follow.
