It is much easier to have a facilitator from outside, in. Yet some sites have teachers that have chosen to facilitate and work together with the staff. Each site is at a different place with the diversity of staff, the acceptance of the topics and the facilitators knowledge and capability of driving the courageous training.  A lot of moving pieces, but mainly TRUST is an influential factor that helps develop the momentum!
