In the case of the former one, they were allowed to decide their issues about internal affairs whereas the latter, they could not decide neither external affairs nor internal ones.</div>]]></description>

For that reason, not only it became multilingual, multicultural,multiracial but also it provides equality of nations.</li><li> It promoted peace and democracy, liberty and equal rights for all. </li><li>They are opposed to racial discrimination.</li><li>Queen Elizabeth II has been the head of the Commonwealth. Her role is symbolic. Her Majesty reinforces the links by which the common wealth joins people together  from all around the world.</li><li>Nowadays, he secretary general of the Commonwealth is Patricia Scottland, She is the second Secretary-General from the Caribbean and the first woman to hold the post. <br><br><br><br></li></ul>]]></description>
