Just like with most students I know that FERPA is very important when it comes to special education. A teacher can not share with any outside person the name or other personal information of a student they have. Something new I learned was about IDEA and how it plays a roll in students learning and accessibility.

I learned about all the acronym’s and how they each affect special education students. With all the rules and regulations do special education teachers always feel like they are breaking rules or laws whenever they teach? I feel like they have to be really precise.
