         <description><![CDATA[<div>Guiding Principle 4 resonated with me the most because I agree that collaboration is extremely important, though I often feel that as an RA teacher my content area is not as "important" in many people's eyes so I feel bad asking to collaborate and taking away from time in academic areas. I do think that building relationships is important though and without the collaboration I definitely do not feel that I am doing everything I need to for my students.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>My biggest takeaways are we should recognize the strengths of our EL's rather than always focusing on their inabilities, climate plays a role as it does in all aspects of effective learning, content and language should be taught simultaneously which is not a historically understood idea, collaboration is key, and advocacy and leadership lead to greater success.</div>]]></description>
