So we signed up for a G Suite account and we started working with teachers and some groups of students. Nowadays, every student and teacher has a G Suite account and we use mainly those services: Gmail, Groups, Drive, Docs, Classroom and Sites.

For us esafety it’s very important, so we are using the European Schoolnet eSafety label model to take care of it. 

Compared to the number of students (about 1600) my school’s  computer equipment  is not very large  (2 language labs with 26 com.each; and 2 inform.labs with 20 comp.each, 4 computers in the staff room and other 6 more computers in a small computer room, for about 200 teachers; above that  a computer in several classrooms where there is a whiteboard, but not in each one). We use  the learning management system of google: classroom to interact with students using google apps for education . I agree with Carmen  when she says that these have a clear and intuitive interface so that they are very easy to be used by students and teachers  to work,  to connect, but also to organize and manage and store information and materials to be used and that have been produced . I normally use hang out and gmail to interact with my students and also drive . We use doc sheets and google presentations . For  school management , I mean the class register , we use an external system called Classe viva  which can be accessed by teachers, parents and students to  receive communications from school, to control students school assessments and by the parents also to book/arrange a meeting with teachers.Of course not all the teachers have the same skill level while using technologies but most of them are eager to learn new technologies because they recognize the huge potential connected to innovative teaching approaches  through the help of new technologies and the cloud system, if properly managed and controlled  

In my school don´t have a cloud computing plan for teachers and student but we use some things. First of all we have our own domain on a web hosting service

We use a management and communication platform, that allows us to put the students tasks and assignments. We also can communicate with others teachers.

Most teachers use google drive or dropbox in their classes. And depending on the level of technological knowledge they use for example, edmodo, google apps, etc. But it´s up to the teachers. 

The use of cloud my school is not systematic, but only the choice of few enthusiasts. We have a great tehnical resources and equipment, lack of knowledge teachers in IT and disinterested administration..

Personally I use Google apps both for my learning courses and for some activities with children. I love creating presentations with Prezi, or sharing docs or forms with my collegues. I use Dropbox or Google Drive to share materials.   

We use an external system called Nuvola  which can be accessed by teachers, parents and students to  receive communications from school, to control students school assessments.

We are still thinking about what sistem Google apps for education or Office 365 to choose.

On the other hand, we work with Moodle too. I think Moodle is  more complete academically than Classroom. But some teachers prefer Classroom because it’s more easy to create.

IT department is now working to establish a cloud solution in the schools.  They are now evaluating the risk for the data, but the schools are asking for using clouds for their data.

Few of the staff use One Drive to work with shared data.

I myself use Google Drive and many other tools on the Net for my own data and I am trying to get my teachers to use it too but many of them are not interested. It is difficult to change working habits that have been on for many years and it takes time to change it. We need to show them, who are working with students that are representatives for the future, how important it is that we apply technical solutions and teach them (the students) to use them for their work in school.

But because our students are under the age of 13 and because there are regulations concerning personal information as Jean-Noel talked about in his video we have to consider our steps closely and it will take some time for the IT department and the lawyers to decide if and what will be allowed. But the schools have needs that they want to be solved now but not many years from now. In my school our needs are mostly about software/apps, collaborative work and helping those who have some learning difficulties. 

I strongly agree and understand that we have to take into consideration what kind of data we are working with and we will have to educate both teachers and students how to use cloud services. We maybe don't want or should not keep everything in the clouds. But some things are too good to be left un-used :-)

Many colleagues have no digital skill or have only few digital skill so manifest resistance to use apps or programs. 
Furthermore, at the moment, we haven't a good internet connection. It's really a hard  problem even to use the e-register!
Otherwise we are upgrading the connection and in our digital plan there is the project to go on the cloud, so
me (I'm the ICT coordinator) and my team had studied moddle and G Suite and we had chosen G Suite because is more powerful and simple to use. 
At  the same time we are showing to our resistant colleagues the usefulness of some online tools like padlet or thinglink  and we are introducing them to Coding.
That's a big challenge for us!!

W mainly use:
1.   Google Drive -  Storage for Docs, Slides, Pictures and Video. All work from our iPads is uploaded to one central storage area in Drive and the filed to the relevant class. It saves children logging in and out and teachers too. We use Drive for planning and digital note keeping.

3.  Calendar for planning and organizing  - We have one for teachers and one for Website.

4.  Personal File store - Each teacher can use it for their own personal notes/files etc/
