Slide 2: The vocabulary would be less complicated and you would use a much more cheerful tone and there wouldn't be very many words but rather graphics. 

Slide 3: It really depends on what topic you're talking about so if it were something more light-hearted you would use cheerful dialogue but on the other hand if it where something else that shouldn't be joked about you would use a more neutral tone, you would also use a formal register.

Slide 4: You would use a formal tone, be respectful, and still add some humorous tones so it isn't boring. But you should use extended vocabulary because they most likely will be able to understand what you are saying.
