La definición de la cuota de alimentos, es dilema ético, el cual se presenta con mucha frecuencia en nuestra sociedad actual, y, dicho proceso en la ley interna no lleva un tratamiento riguroso, ya que no se tiene en cuenta las necesidades de los menores de edad y por tal razón se violan los derechos de estos. mientras que con la ley ordinaria, el ICBF, toma otra medidas mas estrictas, mirando mas de cerca los deberes de los padres y lo derechos de los hijos

  • Los derechos de los niños deben ser respetados ante cualquier ley. 
  • Los padres de familia deberían pensar en la responsabilidad de su papel y proteger a todo costo el bienestar de sus hijos.
  • Una familia cuando se llega a destruir,  los más afectados son los hijos
  • Este dilema ético, debe ser afrontado con mucha responsabilidad a la hora de darle solución, teniendo en cuenta los derechosotorgados en la constitución.

el ICBF ayuda a velar por el bienestar de las familias, principalmente el de los niños, niñas y adolescentes.

En es ente muchos padres han tenido que a sumir sus responsabilidades y desarrollar su papel como tal, brindando a sus hijos todo que estos necesitan, ya que son un derechos consttitucionales
