And he did not know where it was coming from.Because their were no storms going on and the woods were really dry.It was also thick and heavy. What Samuel decided to do was that he wanted to go back to the settlement because he wanted to know if his parents were safe or not. When he got their he was concerned because the houses were burned down and the people were dead. So that was were the smoke was coming from. And the people were dead because the attackers slaughtered the people who lived their. So Samuel started to bury the people who were dead.
