A place where the essence of Japan converges, such as: Sushi, Ramen, Mabemono Hot Pot (hot pot dishes stewed in a pot, the most popular being Shabu-shabu (hot pot with thin meat dipped in light dashi broth, dipped in sesame or ponzu sauce), Sukiyaki (sweet hot pot with soy sauce, sugar, mirin, often served with raw eggs), and Oden (hot pot simmering ingredients in light soy sauce dashi broth, suitable for eating hot in winter)
