Globalization broadens access to goods and services, increases cultural awareness, and information and technology spreads more easily. It makes it so companies don't have to pay as much to produce products in abundance. Globalization is used to brake down barriers between countries and help people become interconnected. It also is used to reduce the problem of unemployment and poverty. The competitions between companies are also suppose to bring prices down.

The environment suffers due to climate change caused by the use of airplanes, ships, and lorries to transport goods over international borders. This causes more carbon dioxide to be released into the atmosphere and is the main cause of global warming. When companies move from industrialized places to less industrialized places the people in the industrialized places lose their jobs. Right now globalization makes the rich richer and the poor poorer, it also takes over local companies/puts them out of business. (Walmart). Globalization also causes individual cultures to dissipate.

There Are Many View Points While Looking At Globalization. Is It Good Or Bad?

There are people in the world who absolutely despise globalization and out right reject it, those people are called Rejectionists or Anti-globalists. They think it is only bad and shouldn't be a thing. While there are people who hate it their are also people who love it. These people think that globalization is the best thing that has happened since sliced bread and support it. These people are Hyper-globalists. Then there are two groups that are less extreme, these groups are Globalists and Alter-globalists. Globalists thoughts on globalization are that it does have some problems but it is mostly good. Alter-globalists are the opposite, they think it is mostly bad but it has some good things.
